本设备系统采用锅体转动式结构，突出的优点是：

料液混合匀度好，特别适合固气液三相共存的氧碱蒸煮工艺；

蒸煮液比任意可调，即使是很小的液比，也不会产生蒸煮不匀的现象，这样一可以大大降低蒸煮的蒸汽消耗量，二可以减少提取工段的黑液量，大大减轻黑液蒸发工段的负担；（3）厂房造价低，由于锅体系卧式安装，且不用多个锅体串联，故可以大大降低厂房高度和造价；（4）动力消耗低，本系统不需要多个锅体串联，这样一可以大大降低原料的输送高度，降低料片的输送能耗，二可以降低锅体推料的动力消耗；（5）安装和操作均方便，特别是可以减少操作工的人数；（6）系统结构相对简单，系统的维护维修费用低廉。

Good evenness of feed-liquor mixing, especially suitable for gas-liquid-solid three phase alkaline oxygen cooking process.

Free control of cooking liquor ratio   Even at a small liquor ratio, no uneven cooking problem exists, thus greatly reduce steam consumption; second, it reduce black liquor extraction amount and therefore reduce work load at black liquor evaporation stage.

Low construction investment   The digester is horizontally constructed and there is no need of series connection, which greatly reduce the height for building and reduce capital investment.
